IAPMO

IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) coordinates the development and adaptation of plumbing & mechanical codes to meet the needs of jurisdiction in the United States and abroad. They publish the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) as well as provide backflow training and certification. Each month their Backflow Prevention Institute publishes the BPPS magazine (Backflow Prevention & Plumbing Standards) which features  “The Repair Guys” article authored by American Backflow Products. The monthly Repair Guys article provides practical tips and step by step repair instructions into the inner working of modern backflow prevention devices.
