Laura Lea Hosey

Laura Lea started her career at American Backflow Products in 2014. She earned an Associates of Science Degree in Business Administration at Tallahassee Community College in 2013. The favorite part of the job at American Backflow for Laura Lea is the relationships she builds with customers from all parts of the country. She really enjoys helping customers with technical issues in the field. Outside of work, Laura Lea is an avid horse lover and enjoys hunting, fishing and working on her family farm with her husband, daughter, and son.

Mike Mihalich

Mike Mihalich started his career with American Backflow Products in 2014. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, FL and attended Tallahassee Community College. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his three daughters.

Mike “Mitch” Mitchell

Mike “Mitch” Mitchell started his career with American Backflow Products in 2015. He was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio and studied Business at Wilmington College in Ohio. He moved to Tallahassee, Florida in 1992 and is happily married with three daughters. As well as working for American Backflow Mitch has been with FedEx Express for 28 years. His hobbies include football, hunting and Nascar. He has been a football official for all levels from Pop Warner all the way up to Arena football. He has officiated four high school state championship games in the state of Florida as well.

Ammie Bodiford

Ammie Bodiford started her career with American Backflow Products in 2016. She is a native of Tallahassee, FL where she graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Haley Charbonneau

Haley started her career at American Backflow Products in 2019. She was born and raised in Havana, FL and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Flagler College. Haley married her best friend in 2018, and welcomed their son into the world July of 2021, a little boy named Hagen, they also have a wide variety of pets and farm animals at home. She really enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with her friends and family.

Victoria Huber

Victoria Huber started her career at American Backflow Products in 2018 as an Inventory Specialist in our Warehouse before transitioning to her current position as a Customer Service Representative. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, husband and their Great Dane.

Jenna Winkler

Jenna Winkler started her career with American Backflow Products in 2019. She was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL and graduated from Lincoln High school in 2015. She enjoys spending her free time with her daughter Harper and being outdoors. Her favorite part about her job is introducing our company to people and creating a long lasting relationship with customers.

Matthew Racki

Matthew Racki started his career at American Backflow in 2016. Matthew was born in South Carolina, but as a young child lived in Iwakuni, Japan and later moved to Florida in 2004. Matthew started as an accounting assistant and then became the Purchasing Manager. He currently works in the customer service department as a Customer Service Specialist. He enjoys kayaking as well as fishing, and loves to spend time with his family.

Jenn "Cally" Callaghan

Jennifer “Cally” Callaghan started her career with American Backflow Products in 2016 in our Sales Department. She moved to Tallahassee from South Florida to pursue her bachelor’s degree and graduated in 2016 from Flagler College with a major in Communications. Cally has worked in inside and outside sales before transitioning to her current position, Customer Service Specialist, and she is the first woman to become UF TREEO backflow certified within the company. She loves the team that surrounds her and values being able to make an impact on others when it comes to water and life safety. Cally enjoys spending her time away from work traveling to new places and visiting family and friends as much as possible.

Sam Lawhon

Sam started his career at American Backflow in 2021. When he is not helping our customers with backflow and fire products, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife.

Hannah Higdon

Hannah Higdon started her career with American Backflow in 2022. After high school she attended Enterprise State Community College on a softball scholarship before returning to Tallahassee and working in state government. In her free time Hannah enjoys fishing, cooking and spending time with her husband Jake, family and friends.

Brock Holland

Brock began his career with American Backflow Products in 2021. He is a native of North Florida and graduated from Liberty County High School in 2019. Outside of work, Brock enjoys spending time in the outdoors.

Bridgette Rankin

Bridgette Rankin started her career with American Backflow Products in March of 2023. She is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Tallahassee almost 15 years ago. She was a teacher for 15 years and also owned a restaurant and food truck with her husband for 6 years. She values the strong sense of team and community found at American Backflow Products. In her free time, Bridgette enjoys camping and fishing with her family.

Doug Taylor

Doug Taylor started his career with American Backflow Products in 2003 as a Customer Service Specialist and has been the National Sales Manager since 2007. He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has been UF TREEO certified since 2005 and uses his technical knowledge and expert guidance to help customers in our technical department. Doug co-authors the “Repair Guys” Article found each month in the Drinking Water and Backflow Prevention Magazine with Mark Inman. Doug has been happily married since 2009 and is the proud father of three daughters.

Jennifer Segler

Jennifer Segler started her career January of 2020. A native of Tallahassee, FL., she is proud to work for a family owned and operated business and believes she has found her home at American Backflow Products. Jennifer has 15 years of combined customer service and sales experience. She enjoys making connections with existing customers and building new relationships with potential customers across the US. She values family and friends, enjoys the outdoors, loves the Florida coast and any opportunity she has to travel.

Jacob Jarrett

Jacob started his Career at American Backflow in 2022 with the Marketing and Sales Department. Jacob was born and raised in Tallahassee and graduated From Chiles High school. With his experience in Hospitality and Sales, he has a strong background in customer service, and enjoys connecting with customers. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, seeing live music and cheering on the FSU Seminoles.

Tony Zuniga

Tony started his career with American Backflow in 2021 in the Shipping Department. In 2022, he became the Shipping Assistant Manager. He now works as a National Sales Rep. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his Wife.

Andrew Inman

Andrew Inman started his career with American Backflow Products in 2016 as a warehouse assistant, and then moved into our calibration department. In 2017 he moved into our Automatic Control Valve division where he strives to help our customers with any questions or concerns they might have. He is a Tallahassee native and earned his degree in Bachelor’s Business Management at Florida State University in 2021. In his free time, he enjoys going to FSU football and baseball games, playing sports, and spending time with his family.

Jason Gregg

Jason started his career at American Backflow Products in 1997. He originally started working in the warehouse eventually moving up to counter sales as his product knowledge grew. He eventually moved into backflow sales helping customers over the phone. Jason left the company in 2007 to enter into the construction industry and also served some time with a water well company who specialized in drilling large municipal wells throughout the Southeast. In July of 2014 he returned to help develop a division of American Backflow that would focus on Automatic Control Valve replacement parts. He has been UF TREEO certified since 1998 and uses his extensive industry knowledge to help customers in our technical department. In his spare time Jason enjoys saltwater fishing, cooking and a little golf from time to time.

John Sloniker

John Sloniker started his career with America Backflow Products in 2012. He is a Tallahassee native and earned his degree from Tallahassee Community College. He started in our receiving department and was promoted to Purchasing Manager in 2013. In 2016 he joined our Automatic Control Valve division and is largely instrumental with the development of our Fire Protection Division. He’s happily married to his wife Caren, and they welcomed their baby boy in October of 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, hunting, watching college sports, and spending time with his family.

Sean Powell

Sean Powell started his career with American Backflow Products in 2020. He is a native of Tallahassee, FL and has played baseball since he learned to walk. He graduated from Leon High School and studied Business Marketing at Tallahassee Community College. Sean enjoys meeting new people and helping them solve their problems. In his free time Sean enjoys boating and fishing with a little golf mixed in.

Tom Jones

Tom Jones started his career with American Backflow Products in 2015. He was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated from Robert F. Munroe in 2013. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Flagler College. He has been UF TREEO certified since 2017. He enjoys hanging out with family and friends, riding in the woods, and watching college football.

Chris Ashburn

Chris Ashburn started his career with American Backflow Products in 2016. Chris has worked in multiple departments before settling down in the Calibration Department. While not at work he enjoys aquascaping, working out, and enjoying family time with his wife and two sons.

Jody Bedgood

Jody Bedgood started his career with American Backflow Products in 2014. He was born in Quincy, Florida. He has been married for 21 years to his wife, Nicki and has two children, Logan & Madison. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Nascar, college football and fishing. He graduated from Greensboro High School in 1995 and spent four years in the Air Force. Jody enjoys speaking with and getting to know all of our customers.

Lara Bratcher

Lara started her career with American Backflow in 2021 serving our customers in the Accounts Receivable department. She is a graduate of Wakulla High School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding on the Wakulla River, and visiting with family and friends.

Staige Harvard

Staige Harvard started with American Backflow Products in 2020 as a National Sales Rep. Shortly after, he moved into the accounting department as Accounts Receivable and then took over as the Accounts Payable Manager. He is a native of Tallahassee, FL. In his free time, Staige, his wife Krista and their son Miles try to travel as much as possible. He enjoys outdoor activities like rock climbing and hiking but has a passion for video games and working on computers.

Logan Lozano

Logan started his career at American Backflow Products in 2021 as accounts payable. He was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL and graduated from Leon High School in 2017. Logan enjoys spending his free time on the water fishing or boating, or other activities with family and friends at the lake.

Brian Evanson

Brian Evanson started his career with American Backflow Products in 2018. He grew up in Clearwater, Florida and moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Social Sciences in 2005. Brian has been married for 12 years to his wife, Leah, and has four incredible children, Carmen, Morgan, Garrett and Caleb. Brian spends his free time actively involved with his church and Cub Scouts with his sons.

Pat Tebo

Patrick Tebo started his career with American Backflow Products in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. After graduating with an accounting degree in 2018, Patrick moved to the Pricing Department where he focuses on Ecommerce sales and pricing maintenance. Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out with friends, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Carolyn Dye

Carolyn Dye started her career with American Backflow Products in 2021 in the Accounting Department. She later was promoted over to the Pricing Department. She is a proud mother of two, Carson and Gwen. She spends her free time training and going on adventures with her German Shepherds, Glitch and Gracie. She also likes to engage in her community by volunteering at the Children’s Worship Center at her church.

Aiden Hirsch

Aiden Hirsch started his career with American Backflow Products in 2022 in the shipping department and later was promoted to the Pricing Department. Outside of work he enjoys going fishing, hunting, and playing golf.

Johnathon Cotton

Johnathon Cotton started his career with American Backflow Products in April of 2003. His initial position was receiving clerk and delivery driver. In October of 2003, he was promoted to Inventory Control where he quickly became proficient at purchasing and warehouse management. His next opportunity presented itself in March 2005 to move into a customer service position. It was in this position he learned of his passion to help people.“I really enjoy working with our customers. It is always a good feeling when you can help a customer with a problem and save the day. We are lucky to have the customers that are loyal and appreciative of the small things we do to help enhance their experience with us.”He was promoted to Customer Service Director in January of 2012. Johnathon‘s experience within several departments enables him to provide great customer service because of his intimate knowledge of the operations side of the company. His positive attitude and unparalleled work ethic continue to be a driving force for our team. Johnathon became a University of Florida TREEO Certified Tester in 2005 and enjoys using his expertise to help our customers in our technical department. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and two children, Jacob and Riley. He also enjoys working around the house and spending Saturday’s in the fall watching the University of Alabama and Florida State play football.

Mark Inman

Mark Inman started his career with American Backflow Products in 1986 and is the Chief Operating Officer. He has been a UF TREEO certified backflow tester since 1988 and has held his backflow repair and maintenance certification from TREEO since 1990. When TREEO offered the Advanced Backflow Assembly Tester certification in 2007, Mark was one of the first to get certified. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a widely recognized authority in our industry. Mark co-authors the “Repair Guys” article found each month in Drinking Water and Backflow Prevention Magazine and is often asked to speak at industry trade shows and conferences. Despite his busy schedule he enjoys helping customers solve even the most troublesome repair issues. Mark is happily married and enjoys spending time with his family.
